Michael Ioane - Prosecutor Lies to Grand Jury, Obtains Dirty Indictment

In answer to the tax evasion allegations against Michael Scott Ioane, the truth is the grand jury was lied to by prosecutor Mark Culliers.

The real reason behind the indictment is that Mr. Ioane has three successful civil litigations pending against the IRS totalling in excess of $3 million. This is simply another retaliation against Mr. Ioane for his history of exposing injustices by the IRS.
