Kay Wirth, of the Tax Advocates office Las Vegas, Nevada, 89106 702-868-5181 informed Mariposa Holding Inc., that the $422,000.00 was no were to be found.
Michael Ioane on behalf of Mariposa Holding Inc., contacted Special agent Russel Klawilee of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration’s office, 5045 Butler Avenue, Stop 12, Fresno, CA 93727, 559-454-6720 and was assured that the issue was being investigated and that a special prosecutor would be needed because the issue involved not just the two agents but other CID agents and members of the D.O.J., in Fresno California.
